This Covid-19 pandemic clearly has done a lot of damage to almost everyone in this world. Thanks to its high infectivity level, the virus has managed to infect millions of people worldwide and caused thousands of deaths. What is more frightening is the fact that the death counter is still on and counting. This Covid-19 virus also has caused a lot of people to lose their jobs, children to miss their education and governments to be in a complete mess. Obviously there is something that needs to be done in order to stop this virus. One of the methods that has been implemented by almost every county in this world is the Covid-19 protocols. This protocol is here in order to limit the infectivity of this virus, however it will not completely wipe off the virus from this world. This is why the WHO (World Health Organization) came up with the idea of the coronavirus vaccine (vaksin coronavirus).
The Covid-19 vaccine is the only thing in this world that can help to eradicate this virus for good. It is a scientific fact that a vaccine can help to protect our body from any future infection. In the case of Covid-19, many countries try to import the vaccines into their particular country. The same can be said to Malaysia. In our country, the government has decided that they are importing Covid-19 vaccines such as Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines and have them available for the people. These vaccines are mainly available through the government vaccination program that aims to provide free vaccines for every Malaysian. So, how do you register for Covid-19 vaccination program in Malaysia?
In our country, people need to be grateful because the government has decided to give the Coviid-19 for free. However, there are some steps that need to be done if you want your name to be on the waiting list. To aid the vaccination program to become smooth, the government has introduced an application called MySejahtera app. Due to the advancement of technology and the availability of mobile phones to almost anyone in the country, this decision has prompted the government to run the program through technology help. To register for the vaccination program, you must first download the MySejahtera app into your phone. You just need to search for the app in Google Playstore or Apple Store.
Once you finish downloading the app, you can open the application. In the application itself, you will need to enter your personal details such as name, age, address and so on. In order for the app to recognize you as a Malaysian citizen, you will need to scan your identification card and take a selfie. After that, you will need to wait a while so that the verification can be done. Once your verification process is over, you will get a notification saying through the app itself. Then, it’s time for the vaccination program registration.
Once inside the app, you can simply open the vaccination program screen and just follow the instructions given. After you finish with your registration, your name will be on the waiting list. You can also open the app and check your status from time to time. When it’s your time, the app will remind you about your appointment. Then, you just need to go to the allocated place and get your free vaccine. Pretty simple right. If you have not done it yet, then go and grab your phone now. Hopefully, this Covid-19 virus will be eradicated pretty soon for good.
