Discover the best option to treat spots, dryness, excessive oiliness and attenuate signs of aging skin.
Who has never used a recipe of beauty of the grandmother who throws the first stone? Aside from practical – you do with whatever you have at home – it’s a delight for a spa moment at home. But beware: it is not any combination that will work on your skin. For each problem, there is a different homemade facial mask.
Oily skin
The best mask for you is green clay mask.
“The green clay removes the oiliness of the skin, with astringent and dry action,” explains the specialist.
Mix one tablespoon of green clay with filtered water until it is a very thick texture. Apply on face and leave on for 5 minutes. Remove with filtered water. At the end, spray coconut water to soothe the skin.
Dry skin
The best mask for you is moisturizing mask with papaya, oats and honey.
Mix papaya medium with 1 tablespoon of flaked oats and 1 tablespoon of honey. Stir and apply on the face – let the mask act for 20 minutes. Remove the mixture and apply iced coconut water.
Stains
The best mask for you is white clay mask.
Dilute one tablespoon of white clay in filtered water until the mixture is thickened. Apply on face and leave on for 10 minutes. When removing, apply cold coconut water.
Signs of Aging
The best mask for you is moisturizing and antioxidant mask.
Prepare a green clay mask (see oily skin) and let it act longer (30 minutes). Then moisten your hands and exfoliate the face, still with the clay and remove with water. Finish with a moisturizing blend of: 1 scoop of coconut water, 10 drops of vitamin E oil and 10 drops of vitamin C oil. Let it act overnight.
